Wine Tasting - Moulin de Gassac Guilhem 2016 Rose Milbrandt 2013 Riesling Wente 2015 "Riva Ranch" Chardonnay Paxis 2013 Red Blend

Come down, taste some wine, buy some local art, and take in the tunes of the Bill May Band tonight!

Moulin de Gassac Guilhem 2016 Rosé
“Color: Lively, vivid rose pink. Some salmon glints. Nose: Pleasant, intense, floral and mineral. Palate Well balanced with freshness combining red currants and berries tight final. Finish: Splendidly fresh and long, thoroughly “more-ish”. – Daumas Gassac Wines
Milbrandt 2013 Riesling
“Though 2013 was technically an ‘average’ vintage with regard to heat, temperatures routinely reached the high 90s or low 1 00s from mi·d-Juily through August. It also stayed warm late into the even1ing. Both of which are unusual for Washington. However, fall followed with near perfect growing conditions leading to a beautifully balanced vintage of Riesling with classic crisp, mineral characteristics.” – Milbrandt Vineyards
Wente 2015 “Riva Ranch” Chardonnay
“Our Riva Ranch Single Vineyard Chardonnay is a beautifully rich, yet balanced California-style Chardonnay that represents what the Arroyo Seco appellation has to offer. In addition to classic Chardonnay flavors of apple and pear, Arroyo Seco fruit consistently provides aromas and flavors of tropical and stone fruits. 90% barrel fermented, this is a distinctly robust and full-bodied Chardonnay perfectly balanced with ample acidity and ripe fruit character.”- Karl D. Wente, Fifth Generation Winemaker
Paxis 2013 Red Blend
“A delicious wine. Although the palate is quite concentrated, it presents a surprisingly gentle nature. This wine is medium-bodied and brimming with aromas of black cherries, raspberries and the spicy notes. The finish is elegant and persistent.” – DFJ Vinhos
