A New Year’s Wine Tasting for January 6th, 2017

by Jonathan Gaby on January 6, 2017

The New Years brings about feelings of newness, of fresh starts, and of new things we want to accomplish in our lives. For some it’s losing pounds after lots of holiday cheer, others, more intentionality with their business or career, some might just want to be more mindful of life.

Well, the staff at Capital Cellars would like to share with you our New Years Resolution for the first week of January:

Capital Cellars resolves to keep and have an open mind.

While we may not agree on politics, sports teams, or even religion, we agree that the one thing we need to do is keep an open mind, especially when it comes to wine. Stodgy beliefs and disagreements have no place when we want to enjoy wines.

These wines are from all different regions of the world, helping us to appreciate diversity and being inclusive of all different perspectives and ideas.

Wines for Friday January 6th, 2017

  • Root 1 2015 Sauvignon Blanc Chile
  • Equus Run n/v Chardonnay, Kentucky
  • Columbia Crest 2014 Merlot, Washington
  • Pacific Redwood 2014 Organic Red, California

We invite you to come to see us at Capital Cellars from 4pm-7pm Friday January 6th, 2017 for our first wine tasting of the new year.

Come, share with us your resolutions for the new year!
